Working with Jim Cameron was both a dream come true and at the same time a challenge of a lifetime. Mostly because his abilities and talents stretch into every aspect of filmmaking. He simply can do it all. As Production Designer, Rick Carter lead an A-team of artists and designers to breath life into this complicated and otherworldly ecosystem. My main contribution was to help develop Hells Gate, the military (and commercial) venture the humans built, along with various military vehicles to travel the skies of Pandora.
